SHIPPING & RETURNS

RETURNS POLICY

At this time, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for MYSTiCAL Falsies, due to sanitary and health purposes.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED

If a product is defective or damaged, the customer must notify MYSTiCAL Falsies within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide images of items to Nataliaaesthetics@gmail.com

​

All products must be in the original packaging, not worn or altered in any way to qualify for a store credit or exchange.

​

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time are based on orders placed Monday- Friday. Delivery time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days.

​

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to active/update delivery details.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

MYSTiCAL Falsies is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information by the customer at the time the order is placed. 

​

Packages returned to MYSTiCAL Falsies due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for redelivery cost.

​

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

MYSTiCAL Falsies is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility.
