We want to make sure that your visit to our salon is as enjoyable as possible. 

Please read the following terms and conditions before booking an appointment.

1.    Booking Appointments
All appointments must be made in advance, either through our website or by phone.
To secure your appointment, we require a valid credit card number to be provided at the time of booking.

2.    Cancellation Policy
 We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment cost.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

3.    Late Arrival Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you but we may have to reduce the length of your appointment to avoid inconveniencing other clients.
Late arrival of more than 15 minutes may result in the cancellation of your appointment and a charge of 50% of the appointment cost.

4.    Allergy Waiver
 Our salon uses a variety of products and materials that may cause allergic reactions in some individuals.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the ingredients of the products and materials we use and that you are aware of any allergies you may have.
You agree to release and hold harmless Flawless Aesthetics from any liability for any allergic reaction that you may experience.

5.    Liability
We take every precaution to ensure that our services are safe and effective. However, we cannot be held liable for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of our services.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the risks and limitations associated with our services and that you assume full responsibility for any risks that may arise.

6.    Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, and logos, is the property of Flawless Aesthetics and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not use any of our content without our express written permission.

7.    Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
Your continued use of our website and services constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.
