MEMBERSHIPS
TERMS & CONDITIONS

This membership agreement ("Agreement") is between Flawless Aesthetics("Salon") and the undersigned member ("Member"). By signing this Agreement, Member agrees to the terms and conditions set forth below.

 

• Membership Outline:

 

Flawless Aesthetics offers a monthly membership program ("Membership") for its beauty services.

Members will receive a specified number of services per month, as determined by the Membership level selected at the time of enrollment. Any additional services will be subject to regular pricing.

Members will receive priority booking and exclusive discounts on products and additional services.

• Cancellation Policy:

 

Members may cancel their Membership at any time via the online client portal.

Members who cancel their Membership will have 30 days to use their paid services otherwise it will forfeit any unused services and discounts.

• Membership Fees:

 

Membership fees will be automatically charged to the Member's credit card on file on a monthly basis.

Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Any changes to the Membership level must be made in writing via email at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.

• Terms and Conditions:

 

Members must be 18 years of age or older.

Members are responsible for notifying their designated beautician of any health conditions or allergies that may affect the services provided.

Members must adhere to Flawless Aesthetics 's policies and procedures, including but not limited to appointment cancellation and no-show policies.

​

Flawless Aesthetics reserves the right to terminate or modify this Agreement and Membership program at any time without notice.

Member acknowledges that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
